Michele practices in the field of civil law, both in litigation and out-of-court matters, including mediation and assisted negotiation proceedings, with a particular focus on contract and banking law.

Prior to joining OZIM, he gained experience in handling banking law matters related to NPL and UTP portfolios, both in the analysis and due diligence phases and in litigation, also providing assistance and advisory services to leading financial institutions.
