Margherita graduated in law in 2003 and has practised in the areas of administrative and criminal law.

In the field of civil law, she has provided legal assistance in and out of court mainly in the areas of civil liability, accidents and credit recovery. Recently, he has expanded his expertise by providing assistance on the management of compensation procedures following breaches of Representations & Warranties.
