Pasquale has developed his professional activity mainly in the field of ADR systems and civil law, with particular focus on property rights, banking, insurance, and contract law, as well as on the management and recovery of claims, including NPLs.

He has collaborated as an examiner with renowned private schools for preparation for the Bar Qualification Exam.
